Adelheid M. “Heidi” Shelley, 73 of Burnside, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at her home. Heidi was born December 17, 1944 in Biedheim, Germany to the late Ernest and Adele Kunstler. Heidi loved beautiful flowers and spent her spare time tending to her garden which she took great pride in. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Clarence F. Shelley of Burnside. Together they had three children; Thomas F. Shelley and wife Amanda of DuBois, David J. Shelley and wife Angela of Big Run and Christina Place and husband Dale of Waymart, PA. Seven beloved grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren. Heidi is also survived by her sister Karola Horner of Germany. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Friends will be received from Noon until 2 PM Friday, April5, 2019 at the Waldron Funeral Home in Mahaffey. Interment will follow in Burnside Cemetery.
