Merle Ray Obituary

Merle F. Ray, 78 , of Derry Twp., died peacefully Tuesday May 15, 2018 at his home. He was born March 22, 1940 in New Derry the son of the late Merle C. and Mary Gruska Ray.

Merle was a devoted family man who loved the outdoors , spending time with his many loyal friends and selling Real Estate for many years with Scalise Real Estate.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant sister Kimberly Ray.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 55 years Beverly "Bunny" Kean Ray. His three sons; Brian E. Ray (Dana) of Hudson, OH. David A. Ray (Ann Marie Degennaro-Ray) of Dubois and Mark J. Ray (Pam) of Derry. His sister Constance L. Smeltzer (Les) of Greensburg, five grandchildren; Alexis, Hannah, Lucas, Molly and Piper Ray. Several nieces and nephews.

As per Merle's request all services will be private.
