Barbara E. Cochran

Barbara E. Cochran, 87, of Ligonier, died peacefully Saturday June 4, 2022 at the Bethlen Home,
Ligonier. She was born June 5, 1934 in Congress, Ohio the daughter of the late Clarence D. and Lois Bower Young.
Barbara was a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ and was a clerical manager for Ohio Bell Telephone Co.
and then retiring from AT&T. She was an avid quilter who loved books, reading, puzzles, trips to Canada and spending
time with family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald D. Cochran and her son Ronald Lee Cochran.
She is survived by her daughter Lori Reese (William) of Ligonier, her brother Dana Young (Carolyn) of Virginia, four grandchildren; Heather McQueen (Pat).
Shawn Reese, Shannon Olson (Jesse) and Joshua Reese (Bekki). Eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 5-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier where a service will be conducted Wednesday at 10am
with the Rev. Dr. J. Paul McCracken officiating. Interment will be made in the Congress Cemetery, Congress, Ohio.
