Dorene F. Pevarnik, 63, of Latrobe died Sunday January 26, 2020 in Excela Latrobe Hospital. She was born February 9, 1956 in Ft. Hood, Texas a daughter of Ramona Stark Jack of Lexington,OK and the late Homer Jack.
Dorene had worked as a CNA.She was a member of the American Legion Post #515 Auxillary and the Hostetter Slovak Club. She enjoyed camping, fishing and horses.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother Larry Jack.
Surviving are her mother, a son Chris Fannon of Latrobe, two daughters; Lisa Fannon of Latrobe and Shannon Fannon of Lexington, OK. A brother Michael Jack of Lexington, OK, three sisters; Patsy Jack of Oklahoma, LaDonna Barnard of Lexington, OK and Connie Goad of Noble, OK. Her fiance Barry Novosel and grandchild Casey. Several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Thursday from 4-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry. The American Legion Post #515 Auxilary will conduct a service Thursday at 4pm in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to www.mccabefuneralhomespa.com.
