Dorothy Jean "Dot" Maiolie, 53, of Derry died unexpectedly Sunday May 7, 2023 in Excela Latrobe Hospital. She was born November 20, 1969 in Latrobe a daughter of Constance Shannon Volpe of New Alexandria and the late James F. Volpe.
Dot was an Organ Donor and had belonged to the F&J Bow & Gun Club and St. Anthony's Club.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by two sisters Mary Christie Volpe and Bonna L. Kunkle.
She is survived by her children; Anthony R. Maiolie, Erica Brannigan (Michael) and Alyssa Reed, sisters; Sandra L. McAdams, Cindy Lewis (Bert), Jamie Prohaska (Dennis) and Tracy Miller (Randy), six grandchildren; Nathaniel Maiolie, Carley Reed, Connor and Kara Brannigan, Daxton and Aurora McManamy, her significant other Kenneth Brubaker, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Thursday from 4-7pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry where a service will be conducted at 7pm.
