Joan M. Lichtenfels

Joan M. Lichtenfels, 83, of Bolivar, passed away peacefully Thursday August 18, 2022 at her home.
She was born May 20, 1939 in Robinson, a daughter of the late Blair E. and Margaret Love McGraw.
Joan attended the Bolivar Presbyterian Church and had retired from Wayne's Market in Robinson. She was an
avid reader who loved lottery scratch offs, word puzzles and being active in the Bolivar Community.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers; Gene and Donald McGraw,  and two
sisters; Roberta Lichtenfels and Lois J. Younkin.
Joan is survived by her loving husband of over 63 years James E. Lichtenfels, her daughter  Dianna Berkstresser (Greg Heming) of Bolivar,
her son James E. Lichtenfels Jr. (Sandra) of Bolivar, her sister Sharon Brink of Hyde Park, three grandchildren; Michael 
Berkstresser (Lauren), Tara Foust (Benjamin) and Bradley Lichtenfels (Julie). Six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Sunday from 6-8pm in the McCabe Funeral Home, 144 East Main Street, Ligonier, where a service
will be conducted Monday at 11am. Private interment will be made in Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
