Lance, I know we didn't get along like, at all but, I have and will, ALWAYS love you. You were my very FIRST best friend. I know you loved me and I hope you know that I love you. I don't know what to say. I still can't belive you're gone. I will be sure to tell Allie all about you for her entire life. Until we meet again, give Grandma and Grandma and little Kenna a hug hug from all of us. I love you, forever and always. Your baby sister. I love you.

Philosopher, Wanderer, Poet, Nomad, Old Soul, good friend . . . You were one of the most chill, resourceful and clever people I have met. I always enjoyed our adventures and was sad when we didn't travel together anymore. Lance may you and your walking stick be exploring beautiful new country. You were loved by many :-)
To Lance's family, I offer my deepest condolences. He loved his family and talked about you all often. He was one of my favorite people and always brought a smile to my face.
Affectionately "Jodeth" (Lance's nickname for me)

So sorry and saddened to hear that you must say good-bye to your son, brother, and uncle at such a young age. I taught Lance in Kindergarten and had a soft spot in my heart for him from the time I met him - back when he was such a little boy. May you think of the best parts of his nature. Praying for you at this difficult time.
